I haven't voted--because I assumed that abc would just evolve as it could--to incorporate more and more features. I haven't had any trouble at all with abc and Windows 7. The one thing to check is whether or not everyting that is needed is in the PATH statement. What KIND of drum (patterns) are you working with? (these seemed 'tuned'--like tympani parts?). Or are you putting different percussion instruments on different staff lines?

I've noticed ABCExplorer to be quite good--until I tried to print a multi-page choral score I had put together. Beyond the first page, it gets the guitar chords a little botched up (eg- leaves out subtleties - like the flat sign in "G6b5", etc.) The first page has no problem. I suspect it ...
