ABCexplorer 1.6.0

Postby Graham OSP » Sun Dec 09, 2012 8:34 pm

Strange goings on, I have been using explorer for some while with no problems, but today a friend loaded the same 1.6.0 on his PC and every time a tune is loaded, the area where the tune's alpha code normally sits, ie above the editing keyboard, it displays the tune code on a dark blue background and nothing can be done with it. The normal white background editing area seems to have been pushed out of the way. Also, in the tree area (left) the tune code appears as one continous line rather than many lines as normal. Any ideas please.

I am answering my own question for anyone who's interested. It seems that I should have loaded ABCexplorer in 'compatibility mode' as I am using XP. Simple when you know how, Eh!
