abcmidi and bytebeats...?

Postby laughingman182 » Wed Apr 03, 2013 12:03 am

It's just an idea, but could there possibly be a

Code: Select all

%%bytebeat
directive for abcmidi, or at least something similar? I've been looking into a new form of electronic music called "bytebeat", which is explained in more detail here: http://countercomplex.blogspot.com/2011/10/some-deep-analysis-of-one-line-music.html , and I thought since abcmidi uses C, it would be possible to add the directive to create a "background" rhythm or tune to accompany the composition...Food for thought, I suppose. Or, some new form of 8-bit music composition. :P
