For VIM users on LINUX
Two cheap scripts to play the song you are editing in VIM

Hi all

I hesitated to send the following scripts because limited number of
potential users and existing software.

But I found a case where others softwares are useless : when the songs
are embedded in a text file as examples.

EX: http://www.campin.me.uk/Music/Modes/Modes-bagpipes.abc

In this case, you need to read the text and be able to play the examples.

The scripts in the archive do the job.

See the README for installation and usage.

P.S. :
As music synth users, you perhaps be interested by a _speech_ synthesizer
In this case, see at http://espeak.sourceforge.net/

You can ask for the computer to read a part of text selected in VIM
editor in the same manner you play abc files.

The VimMap file contains the command to play the selected text; in this
case, it is ,em (<comma>em).

Hi. Please send me your email, I have to add you to a project I've started: abc-vim I'm looking for Vim developers to help update everything for Vim to handle abc code better. :) Send me an email at laughingman182@gmail.com. Thanks!
