W:But I'm well enough just were I am, because I want to see, man.

W:For 'twas just the houses on the wheels that went from this to Perth, man.
W:And then he laughed and wondered how I hadnae more discernment.
W:Say I, the ne'er a ken kent I, I thought the whole concern went.

W:Then after that we crossed the Tay and landed into Perth, man,
W:I vow it was the queerest place that e'er I saw on earth, man,
W:For the houses and the iron horse were far above the land, man,
W:And how they got them up the stairs I canna understand, man.
