N:Rusty Modrell (1916-1995) was born in Filer, Idaho. His father was a farmer and
N:a fiddler, and the family later moved to Pendleton and Redmond, Oregon. Rusty owned
N:an upholstery shop in Redmond, Oregon, and lived on a small ranch at Terrebonne,
N:Oregon. He was the Oregon Old Time Fiddling Champion and was active in the Oregon
N:Old Time Fiddlers Association. He didn't have a name for this waltz.
