N:A District Court Jury of five men and one woman
N: found him not guilty Tuesday of a charge that
N: he was constructing a two?story log cabin without a building permit.
N:The jury also found him not guilty of charges that he built
N: a barn and put a mobile home on his 10 acres of land without building permits.
N:Mr. Helton moved his wife and five children to Washington State two years ago
N: from North Carolina. They are now living in his barn, awaiting completion of
N:the 2,700?square foot cabin.
