N:N:  1: The entire transcription of this tune in DMWC is in cut time. As 
N:accurately as that might capture Willie's piping, it makes for a very 
N:unhelpful ABC playback. I did another setting in straight time that I 
N:had hoped would address the problem, but it still sounds pretty bad. 
N:ABC does a lot of things well but capturing slow airs isn't one of them.
N:N:  2: Note the irregular structure of this tune: 6 measures first part, 12 
N:measures second part. Source shows them both repeating and I have
N:followed that here.
