N:NB6 Abc2midi generates timing warnings on fermatas. This occurs in Variation 1, Part B.
N:NB2 - my (Conrad) interpretation of the fermata is
N: -- (a) implied _ritenuto_ at begining of measure, and _a tempo_ after _fermata_.
N:NB3 - Variation 2 Part B bar 3 - removed superfluous d sixteenth note from end of bar
